Refund Policy

Buy With Confidence: We are so confident that you will be delighted with our product that if you purchase a device directly from us and the device is installed properly according to the instructions in the User Manual and Installation Guide, if you are not 100% satisfied with the device, return it to us within 30 days after your purchase, together with your purchase receipt or pack slip, for a complete refund – no questions asked. Refunds will be based on your initial form of payment.

If, for any reason, the device arrives to you with a factory defect, let us know via email at theconnectedboat@gmail.com within 30 days after your purchase and we will ship out a replacement device along with a return mailer for the defective unit. We stand behind all of our devices and products for 2-years. If any component of your system fails, send it back to us within 2 years after purchase and we will replace it.

Shipping Policy: Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. All domestic orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
